Add a Monogram to a Shirt

You can personalise your shirt with an embroidered monogram free of charge. We have many styles and positions which you can choose from. You can add a monogram during the process of creating or selecting a shirt. The option will be available to you before you input measurements or choose a size.

Monogram Styling

A monogram typically consists of a pair of initials representing your first and last name, with each initial followed by a dot to the right side.

• Your monogram can only contain Latin alphabet characters, numbers and punctuation marks.
• Your monogram can be embroidered in either italic uppercase or block uppercase letters.

Monogram Positioning

Left Midsection

The left midsection monogram is embroidered on the left front of the shirt, near the 5th button (the collar button is considered to be the 1st). If your shirt has a left chest pocket the monogram will be underneath it.

Left Upper Chest

The left upper chest monogram is embroidered on the left front of the shirt, near the 3rd button (the collar button is considered to be the 1st). If your shirt has a left chest pocket the monogram will be on the pocket.

Collar

The collar monogram is embroidered on the left collar edge (approximately 3cm away from the point). The exact position can vary depending on the collar type selected.

Cuff

The cuff monogram is embroidered in the middle of the left cuff (approximately 2cm from the edge). The exact position can vary depending on the cuff style and stitching selected.

Monogram Colour

You have a choice of 8 thread colours to use for your monogram. If you select ‘contrast’ we will use a thread which contrasts with your shirt’s fabric.

Note: Your monogram can only have 1 thread colour.
