Each type of shirt fit has 2 different styles which you can choose from. The Regular Fit is the standard fit which is a classic Italian fit style suited to a variety of body types. 

Your shirt’s fit affects 2 aspects of your shirt. It affects the shape of the pattern used to create your shirt. It also changes the values of your personalised measurements or a standard size.
