How To Take Measurements On Your Body

• Keep index finger between the measuring tape and the neck while measuring to reduce tightness
• Extend the tape around the circumference of the neck
• Take the measurement reading where the extended tape meets the start of the tape 

If you know the collar size of one of your pre-existing shirts, you can use this measurement. It corresponds to the shirt size itself and is expressed either in centimeters (example:40) or inches (example:17). 

• Keep posture relaxed
• Extend the measuring tape around largest part of the chest
• Ensure the tape is flat against body when measuring with no extra room
• Take the measurement reading where the extended tape meets the start of the tape

The allowance of your shirt's chest is determined by the fit which you select, so make sure that your chest measurement is taken without adding or subtracting space.

• Extend the measuring tape around the widest point of the waist (usually at navel)
• On a larger stomach, measure at biggest point of the stomach
• Ensure that the tape is flat against body when measuring with no extra room
• Take the measurement reading at where extended tape meets the start of the tape

The allowance of your shirt's waist is determined by the fit which you select, so make sure that your chest measurement is taken without adding or subtracting space.

• Start with arms straight by the side
• Place the start of the measuring tape at end of clavicle bone or at the top of the shoulder stitching
• Extend the tape downwards
• Take the measurement reading at 2cm past the wrist bone

• Extend the measuring tape around circumference of wrist at wrist bone
• Ensure that the tape is flat against the wrist when measuring with no extra room
• If a watch is regularly worn on one wrist, take that measurement while wearing a watch. This will result in different cuff measurements for each arm
• Take the measurement reading where the extended tape meets the start of the tape

Make sure that your cuff measurement is taken without adding or subtracting space. We will automatically add 5cm to the circumference measurement which is provided. This will correspond to the finished cuff measurement taken from edge to edge horizontally.

• Place the start of measuring tape at base of neck
• Extend the tape down the back vertically
• Take measurement reading at just below the buttocks

To make taking the final reading easier, push the tape inwards just below the buttocks. You may add or subtract centimeters/inches if you require a shorter or longer shirt length.
