How can we help you?
About the measurements
It is possible to create measurements profiles before you begin the process of creating a shirt. To do this, log in to your account then click on your name on the right-hand section of the website’s blue top bar. From the drop down menu, select ‘Measurements Profiles’ where you can insert your measurements.
Alternatively you will be given the opportunity to create a measurements profile (or select a standard size) just before adding your order to the basket during the shirt making process.
Measurements can be taken on your body, on an existing shirt or you can customize a standard size (using the standard size as a starting reference).
Measurements profiles are saved and can be used to make other shirts.
For instructions on how to take measurements on the body click here.
For instructions on how to take measurements from another shirt click here.
Go to your measurements profile. This is located in the drop down menu which appears when you click your name on the right-hand side of the website’s blue top bar. Click ‘Edit’ to update your measurements and then ‘Save’ once you’ve inputted your changes.
Changes will only be reflected on new orders and orders in the shopping cart. If you need to change measurement details of a shirt which is in production see the ‘About Placing Orders’ section of the FAQ page.
If you supply us with measurements taken on the body, we will add additional centimetres/inches of fabric at the chest, waist and cuffs of your shirt, depending on the type of fitting chosen. For instructions on how to take measurements on the body click here.
If you supply us with measurements from a shirt which you already own, your finished shirt will have measurements exactly the same as those inputted into your measurements profile. For instructions on how to take measurements from another shirt click here.
Our cloning service can replicate aspects of a shirt that you already own. Find out how to have us clone a shirt by clicking here.
Due to technical limitations it is possible that garments with very large or very small measurements cannot be manufactured. In this eventuality we will inform you and provide a full refund.
