Apposta uses UPS for all countries apart from the UK. In the UK we use DPD and DHL primarily for returns.

The express couriers that we use to ship orders deliver within two working days throughout Europe and within four working days throughout the rest of the world.

Shipping may sometimes be delayed for reasons beyond Apposta’s control.

The courier will deliver to the address stated in the original order, so it is preferable to give an address where someone will be available to physically receive the order.

Apposta ships to anywhere in the world.

You will receive a separate email with a tracking reference from the courier service which you can use to track your order.

We ship multiple orders together to a UPS international logistics hub to reduce emissions and lessen our environmental impact. When individual orders leave our Italian factory, they are sent as part of a single shipment, so customers cannot track individual orders at this stage.

Once the group of orders reaches the UPS international logistics hub, individual orders will be sorted and entered into the system. At this point your tracking will begin to update along with the expected delivery date.

For deliveries outside of the European Union customs duties and taxes may apply. The courier will ask for these before delivery. Those amounts depend on the applicable rules of the destination country at the time the package is received and are beyond Apposta’s control.

f you have only received part of your order, this may be because there has been an issue with the other part of your order (such as a fabric delay or a defect) which means that we have shipped the completed part of your order ahead of the remainder.

In the case that we have only shipped part of your order, you will receive subsequent items as soon as they are ready and you will not be charged for the separate shipments.

Every Apposta shirt is made in our Italian factory. From there shirts are shipped together to a logistics hub in France which sorts the packages by destination country and directs them to their final location.
