About problems with an order
Apposta’s perfect-fit guarantee means that we take responsibility for ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with every shirt that they receive.
As part of this perfect-fit guarantee we will resolve any of the following problems at our expense. This applies to all shirts whether they are made for your own measurements or ordered in a standard size.
When there are problems shirts will be modified if possible. Otherwise, they will be remade. In both cases the customer will not be charged.
